NEW EDITION OF THE ISF RULES

💥💥 NEW EDITION OF THE ISF RULES💥💥

❗WHAT’S NEW?

💥 NEW DISCIPLINES.
👉 In Europe, streetlifting has been perceived exactly as 4 movements for the last few years, and to bring this into order, the ISF introduces 2 concepts into its rules:
#Streetlifting is a two-movement event, as it was originally
#WeightedCalisthenics is four movements (pull-ups, dips, muscle-ups and barbell squat).
This is an important step for the organization to unite the many disparate streetlifting organizations around the world, but it is up to each organizer to choose which disciplines they want to compete in.

💥 NO CHAINS
From now on ISF races will use “Daisy Chain” or other resistant ropes instead of chains.

💥 NEW REQUIREMENTS IN PULL-UPS
👉New requirements for the head position at the top of the pull-ups – no need to get your chin up deep anymore

💥OPEN GRIP.
Henceforth you don’t have to use the closed grip type for pull-ups.

💥SHORTER COMMANDS IN REPETITIONS (Multilift)
👉 We reduced the number of commands from the central referee by grouping similar violations
